Expedition Team Members
In January 2025, we will retrace the great race of mercy, wherein 20 teams of mushers rescued the children of Nome, Alaska from an outbreak of diphtheria by delivering life saving antitoxin over more than 700 miles of some of the coldest, darkest and cruelest miles in the world. We will be tracing the route with the registered descendants of Leonhard Seppala’s original team of dogs.
